The Farrier Group is a New Jersey nonprofit corporation and a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. Donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
The Farrier Group specializes in farrier care for pigs. We offer mobile hoof trimming for pigs, sheep, goats and cows of all sizes using proven traditional animal handling techniques that are sedation free, gentle and safe. Evening and weekend hours available. We also specialize in farrier care for horses in extreme rescue neglect situations and offer 24 hour animal husbandry assistance. We are not veterinarians, but we can assist you in all emergency situations until a veterinarian arrives. In most cases, there is no need for a veterinarian to come.
